Shaquala Campbell is the founder and CEO of Nurses on a Mission. She is a veteran nurse with over 20
years of experience in various facets of healthcare including administration, clinical, and management.
Shaquala started her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Knowing that serving others in
this capacity was her calling, she

years of experience in various facets of healthcare including administration, clinical, and management.
Shaquala started her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Knowing that serving others in
this capacity was her calling, she took her career a step further and completed the Practical Nursing
Program at Gadsden Technical Institute. She passed the state exam and worked fulltime as a Licensed
Practical Nurse at the local community hospital while continuing her education at Southwest Georgia
Technical College where she obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing. After passing the state licensure
exam, Shaquala obtained her first managerial position as Unit Manager at a sub-acute rehabilitation
facility while continuing to work at the local hospital. Since she has gained experience in roles as
Executive Director, Director of Wellness, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Clinical Nurse Manager.
While working full-time, Shaquala continued to advance her studies at Purdue University Global and
obtained her Bachelors in Healthcare Administration. Her humanitarian passion inspired her to
contribute to efforts being made in healthcare advancements and ease the burden hospitals face by
establishing Nurses on a Mission (NOAM Wellness) to focus on primary care prevention and treatment.
Shaquala will serve as the Board Chair.
Katoria Westbrook-Stewart, DNP, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, WCC, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She is an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner with 23 years of healthcare experience, serving predominantly in geriatrics in the long-term/skilled nursing environment, with 12 of those years as a Director of Nursing. Katoria Westbrook-Stewart, DNP, MSN, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, WCC, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She is an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner with 23 years of healthcare experience, serving predominantly in geriatrics in the long-term/skilled nursing environment, with 12 of those years as a Director of Nursing. She entered healthcare at the age of 17 as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She completed her BSN at Florida A&M University; her MSN degree at University of Phoenix; her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Post Graduate Certification in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at South University. Dr. Stewart also serves as an associate professor at Florida A&M
University and adjunct faculty at Keiser University. She is nationally board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Nurse Practitioner and with the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy as a Wound Care Specialist
(WCC). In essence of scholarship and fortitude, Dr. Stewart is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Gadsden County FL Alumnae Chapter. She is also a published author.

Dejon Maloney, MD is a native of the Caribbean nation St. Kitts & Nevis. He majored in Chemistry at Florida Memorial University (FMU) while completing two award-winning research internships at the University of Pennsylvania's Wistar Institute and the University of Florida. He is a graduate of Florida State University (FSU) College of Medicine (2017); Residency completion in Family Medicine at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL.
Dr. Maloney is a board certified Family Physician with a special concentration in Hospital Medicine. He is a Hospitalist at HCA-FL Capital Hospital caring for patients throughout the hospital and in the ICU. He has served his community through COVID-19 as key member of their COVID-19 physician response team. Dr. Maloney also serves as the chair of the hospital's Infection Control Committee and is clinical Faculty for the Internal Medicine/ Inpatient Medicine rotation for the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. It is through his passion for community service that Dr. Maloney is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Delta Psi. His wife, Dr. Sandya Jiandani, is also a Tallahassee primary care physician.
Dr. Maloney will serve as the Medical Board Member.
Ms. Yashica L. Williams is an experienced business professional with 20 years in banking. Her experiences across banking include end-to-end functions such as origination, risk management and compliance, and portfolio management. Her prior positions include Associate at JPMorgan Securities (Syndicated & Leveraged Finance), AVP at CIC Bank
Ms. Yashica L. Williams is an experienced business professional with 20 years in banking. Her experiences across banking include end-to-end functions such as origination, risk management and compliance, and portfolio management. Her prior positions include Associate at JPMorgan Securities (Syndicated & Leveraged Finance), AVP at CIC Bank (Corporate Finance), and VP at U.S. Bank (Credit Risk Review/Loan Review). Ms. Williams' current position is a Sr. Portfolio Manager at TD Bank in Charlotte, NC. Ms. Williams has an MBA in Finance from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business - Bloomington, and a BBA in Insurance/Actuarial Science from Howard University. In addition to her tireless efforts of community financial engagement, she is a mother of two- a son (13) and daughter (10).

Her prior positions include Research Administration at UF College of Medicine-Jacksonville, Sr. Accountant at University of Florida, Financial Analyst at U.S. Assure, Departmental Manager at Florida State University, Sr. Accountant at Florida State University and Accountant at State of Florida-Fish & Wildlife Commission. Currently, she works as Director of Administrative Services for the University of Florida. Ms. Lane is
responsible for management of human resources, payroll, finance, education and research
administration for the Department of Physiology Aging. Ms. Lane has extensive experience in the
management of clinical research. She is familiar with various types of research from clinical trials to
multi-centered program grants.
Ms. Lane serves on the advisory board for University of Florida College of Medicine – ELEVATE initiative for Operational Enhancements for Research Administration. Ms. Lane is highly sought after for her expertise in Accounting & Finance and Research Administration.

She currently works as the Director of Human Resources for James Moore & Co. a large accounting firm with offices in Florida and employees in over 20 states. Priya completed her Bachelors in Political Science and her Masters in Business Administration from Florida State University. She is also SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified in Human Resources and has held an HR designation for over 15 years. Priya is a member of Leadership Tallahassee Class 41 and works closely with the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce on talent initiatives for the Big Bend region.
